The Creator’s Game: Exhibition Photography

For Native Truths: Our Voices, Our Stories, I contributed original photography to The Creator’s Game installation, a section of the exhibition that highlights the cultural significance of lacrosse within Native communities.

My role involved capturing dynamic in-game photography of a live lacrosse match to authentically represent the sport’s movement, energy, and communal spirit. I worked closely with the exhibition team to ensure the images aligned with the storytelling goals—balancing both the athletic intensity and the cultural heritage of the game.

These photographs were ultimately featured within the gallery, providing visitors with a vivid, contemporary connection to a tradition that spans generations. The final installation reinforced the exhibit’s central theme of Native voices telling their own stories through living traditions.
